Founded in 2005, In-Construct has grown from a small family business to one of London's most trusted construction companies. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial construction projects, from elegant home renovations to complex commercial developments.

The In-Construct Story
From humble beginnings to becoming London's trusted construction partner, our journey has been defined by passion, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence.
2005: Foundation
In-Construct was founded by Robert and Elizabeth Harrington with a small team of 5 skilled craftsmen. The company began with residential renovation projects in Kensington and Chelsea.
2008: First Major Project
Completed our first major commercial project, a boutique hotel renovation in Mayfair. This milestone project established our reputation for quality and attention to detail.
2012: Industry Recognition
Received our first industry award for "Best Residential Renovation" from the London Construction Awards. Our team expanded to 35 employees with specialized departments.
2015: Expansion
Moved to our current headquarters in Kensington and expanded our services to include architectural design and project management. Began working on larger commercial developments.
2018: Sustainability Initiative
Launched our sustainability initiative, committing to eco-friendly construction practices. Completed our first BREEAM Excellent rated building and received certification for sustainable construction.
2022: Major Milestone
Celebrated our 500th completed project and expanded our team to over 100 professionals. Established specialized divisions for residential, commercial, and heritage restoration projects.
